**Designation: Senior Analyst - Data Science** **Experience: 3 to 5 Years** **Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka , India (BLR)** **Job Description:** We are hiring a Credit Risk Analytics professional with strong expertise in credit card risk management and portfolio analytics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing Application Scorecards, Behavioral Scorecards, PD, and LGD models, along with a solid understanding of IFRS 9/CECL frameworks, lifetime ECL methodologies, and model risk governance. The role requires strong knowledge of the credit card lifecycle, portfolio intervention strategies, and exposure to bureau, behavioral, alternative, and transaction-level spend data. Proficiency in Python, SQL, SAS, Machine Learning, and Tableau is essential, along with strong communication and documentation skills to effectively present analytical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain statistically robust Application and Behavioral Scorecards, including PD, LGD, and EAD models. • Design and develop loss forecasting frameworks using Vintage Analysis, Roll Rate/Markov Models, Survival/Hazard Models, and GLM/GBM techniques at segment and portfolio levels. • Engineer and optimize features from bureau data, internal behavioral data, transaction data, device signals, and alternative data sources while ensuring strong data quality controls. • Perform model calibration, backtesting, stability monitoring (PSI/CSI), discrimination analysis (KS/AUC), and calibration testing to ensure model performance and accuracy. • Implement model explainability techniques such as reason codes and SHAP, along with bias/fair lending assessments and challenger/benchmark model development. • Ensure alignment of models with regulatory and accounting frameworks including IFRS 9, CECL, and Basel PD/LGD/EAD concepts. • Develop credit card portfolio optimization models to improve customer engagement, portfolio performance, and spend growth. • Drive portfolio spend growth initiatives through customer segmentation, persona-based targeting, merchant analytics, and campaign recommendations to enhance cross-border spend and customer engagement. **Skills:** ML, Data science, Risk Analytics Strong problem solving skills and communication Job Snapshot Updated Date 18-06-2026 Job ID J\\_5300 Location Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Experience 3 - 5 Years Employee Type Permanent
