Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Intelligence (Forensics) Associate/Senior Associate to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of relevant experience in intelligence gathering, investigative research, discreet site visits, and data analysis. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to conduct discreet inquiries, and prepare comprehensive intelligence reports to support forensic investigations and strategic decision-making. **Experience** : 0-3 Years of relevant experience in Field Audit **Qualification** Bachelors degree and above Intelligence Gathering: • Conduct telephonic and onsite investigations to gather relevant business and market intelligence. • Identify, assess, and validate sources of information across markets and industries. Discreet Site Visits: • Perform covert visits to physical locations for observation and data collection. • Document and report behavioural findings discreetly and accurately. • Conduct mystery shopping to gather intelligence on potential irregularities or fraudulent practices without alerting the target. Source Inquiries & Interviews: • Identify and engage with primary and secondary sources including vendors, competitors, and other stakeholders. • Conduct structured and unstructured interviews to extract qualitative insights/intelligence. Report Preparation & Finalization: • Compile findings and prepare professional investigation reports. • Ensure reports are fact-based, evidence-backed, and suitable for decision-making or legal use. **Data Analytics & MIS:** • Analyze data to identify patterns, anomalies, and red flags. • Develop dashboards, maintain investigation logs, and generate regular MIS reports.
