**Roles and Responsibilities** - **Conduct credit appraisal and analysis of proposals to assess borrower's creditworthiness.** - **Prepare loan sanction/disbursement memos, including cash flow statements, financial ratios, and other relevant data.** - **Monitor ongoing performance of borrowers by reviewing financial statements, industry trends, and market conditions.** - **Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them through effective risk management practices.** - **Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.** **Desired Candidate Profile** - **3-5 years of experience in Credit Underwriting or related field (NBFC).** - **CA qualification preferred but not mandatory; MBA/PGDM in Finance from a reputed institution required.** - **Strong understanding of accountancy, accounting standards, balance sheet analysis, cash flow statement preparation.** **Interested candidates can share their updated cv on tushar.ravalji@aavas.in or what's up 9057409096**
