Position Summary You will join GSK India as a Senior Analyst - ICT Analyst. You will help design, run and improve technology services that support global and local teams. You will work with IT colleagues, business partners and vendors to resolve incidents, deliver changes and improve system stability. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: • Manage and resolve medium to high complexity incidents and service requests, providing clear updates to stakeholders. • Execute operational changes, including testing, deployment and documentation, while following approved change processes. • Monitor system and service health, spot trends and drive timely corrective actions. • Support application and infrastructure investigations, coordinating work across internal teams and external vendors. • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and user guides to support stable operations and knowledge sharing. • Contribute to automation, scripting and small improvement projects to reduce manual effort and increase reliability. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. • Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in IT operations, support, or systems administration in a production environment. • Experience supporting applications, cloud services, or infrastructure, and familiarity with common operational tasks. • Strong troubleshooting skills across networks, servers, databases or applications. • Practical experience with scripting or automation (for example PowerShell, Python or Bash) and familiarity with monitoring tools. • Good English communication skills for collaboration with global teams. This role is hybrid, with regular on-site work as agreed with your manager. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus • Experience with IT service management approaches such as ITIL or similar operational frameworks. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud and related services. • Hands-on experience with containerisation, orchestration or CI/CD pipelines. • Exposure to enterprise collaboration tools, identity services or security operations. • Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organisation and coordinating with remote teams. • Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, CompTIA or equivalent technical credentials. Working pattern This role is hybrid, based in India. You will work on-site regularly and have agreed remote days with your manager.
