Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst -Invoice to Cash (Finance Analyst) to join our GLBL ITC Transformation -Global Finance Services Division. The incumbent would Provide timely and accurate daily Invoice to Cash (ITC) operational finance assignments and develop knowledge of Caterpillar’s procedures, philosophy, customers, dealers, organization and financial practices. The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore, Whitefield Office What you will do • Manage daily billing operations and invoice generation activities. • Has experience handling subscription-based billing in addition to miscellaneous invoicing • Investigate and resolve billing variances and exceptions • Be actively involved in leading the governance with BU and entities • Lead governance discussions with Business Units (BUs) and legal entities. • Coordinate review meetings and advise on potential areas of concern • Collaborate with audit partners and service providers on all audit requirements • Support Mach 1 (SAP) implementation and enhancement projects • Take part in special projects, ad hoc requests and support testing requirements for new implementation • Coordinate system updates for customer account additions, pricing changes, promotional discounts and cancellations • Support business transitions and transformations • Creating reports on financial performance and providing insightful analysis for internal and external use • Maintain, implement and adhere to internal controls • Should be aligned with the GFSO strategy and operating model rollout, assist to develop, document and deploy standard global processes, policies and controls, along with key technology and people aspects. • Coordinate the design and transformation of optimized processes to achieve operational excellence • Create process documentation, process flows • Has proficient knowledge of end-to-end Invoice to Cash processes, preferably with exposure on other ITC processes • Flexible to support global operations. Willingness to work in different time zone based on the requirement. What you will have. • Overall experience of 10-14 years with at least 10 yrs. experience in Billing • Has experience on ERP and tools like SAP, Salesforce, Power BI • Proficient with Excel, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools for data sharing and reporting. • Requires a college degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics, general knowledge of various finance and business subjects, and good written and verbal communications skills. • Incumbents are generally exposed to several areas of finances a Finance Analyst to develop skills, knowledge, and experience necessary for higher level finance positions. • Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM or US Shift Skill Descriptors Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
