About The Role Designation: Senior Associate – Finance Transformation Location: Vadodara Key Responsibilities • Identify and drive finance automation opportunities through collaboration with IT and business teams. • Lead digital transformation initiatives leveraging automation, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. • Partner with Finance and FP&A teams to optimize General & Administrative (G&A) expenses. • Analyze spending trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve operational efficiency. • Develop business requirements and support implementation of technology-enabled finance solutions. • Track, measure, and report benefits from automation and optimization initiatives. Required Qualifications & Experience • MBA Finance, M.Com (with relevant experience) or equivalent qualification. • 4 to 6 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controllership, or Finance Transformation. • Strong understanding of finance processes and cost management. • Experience working on automation, process improvement, ERP, reporting, or digital transformation initiatives. • Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, RPA, AI tools, or similar technologies is preferred. Preferred Candidate • Finance professional with a passion for technology and innovation. • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Self-starter with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.
