GESS enables A&M’s client service delivery, go-to-market, risk management and growth goals as a strategic partner **How You Will Contribute** The Global Project Manager is responsible for coordinating IT and Corporate Real Estate (CRE) initiatives across multiple regions. This role oversees end-to-end project delivery, procurement activities, and site readiness to support office buildouts, relocations, and infrastructure deployments. The position ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with corporate standards while maintaining strong coordination across global teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Global Project Delivery - Lead planning and execution of global IT and Real Estate build-out, relocation, and decommissioning projects - Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple regions - Coordinate site readiness activities with IT, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Security, and regional teams - Provide regular project status reporting and maintain clear communication with stakeholders and leadership - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements - Procurement & Vendor Management - Manage procurement activities for IT equipment, infrastructure, and project-related services - Coordinate vendor engagement, delivery schedules, and contract execution - Track purchase orders, invoices, and project spend to ensure financial accuracy and budget adherence - Identify cost savings and process efficiencies through vendor management and standardization - Ensure compliance with corporate procurement and financial policies - IT Asset Management (ITAM) & Operations - Ensure accurate tracking and lifecycle management of IT assets across global projects - Coordinate equipment deployment, redeployment, and disposition activities - Maintain asset and inventory records within ITAM systems - Support inventory planning, audits, and compliance requirements - Drive process improvements and standardization across project and procurement workflows **Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Procurement, Corporate Real Estate, IT Infrastructure, or related field - Experience managing global or multi-site projects, including office build-outs or site readiness initiatives - Strong experience with procurement, vendor coordination, and budget tracking - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across regions - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project tracking tools - Experience supporting global office build-outs, relocations, or infrastructure deployments - Experience working with Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facilities, or IT operations teams - Familiarity with IT Asset Management ITAM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) - Project Management certification - Experience in large enterprise or global environments **Your journey at A&M** We recognize that our people are the driving force behind our success, which is why we prioritize an employee experience that fosters each person’s unique professional and personal development.
