We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst - ServiceNow to lead requirements planning and guide engineering delivery for a ServiceNow rollout. You will manage scope and timelines, anticipate risks, and coordinate across engineering, QA, and product from design through maintenance and enhancements. Responsibilities • Gather stakeholder perspectives and translate them into clear requirements • Define and maintain a tight scope statement for the overall program • Develop and maintain program and project documentation needed for effective governance • Partner with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to move products and features through the full software project lifecycle with high quality • Lead as scrum master by managing schedules, spotting potential issues early, and communicating status and risks to project stakeholders • Coordinate release schedules and milestones while keeping momentum high in a fast-paced environment • Support hands-on software development and project management, enable cross-functional coordination, and facilitate inter/intra team communications to deliver strong program outcomes Requirements • Broad IT experience totaling 5-10 years • Demonstrated 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related technical domains • At least 1+ year supporting a ServiceNow implementation • Experience with software development and leading end-to-end program execution across multiple engineering teams • Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and HRSD modules and practices • Experience operating within Agile software development methodologies • Background as a scrum master, running development sprints • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience Nice to have • Prior Software Engineering experience • Experience solving problems in fast-paced and constantly changing environments • Experience collaborating cross-functionally within highly integrated teams of technical and non-technical members • Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Strong spoken and written communication abilities We offer • Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies • Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications • Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms • Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons • Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions • Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects • Focused individual development • Benefit package: • Health benefits • Retirement benefits • Paid time off • Flexible benefits • Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
