Job Requirements About the Role The Senior Business Analyst in the Data & Analytics function plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with data-driven solutions. This role involves working closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and vendor partners to translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications. The role holder ensures that solutions are aligned with broader business and analytics outcomes, while also coordinating with stakeholders to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities • Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and vendor partners to define and document business and technical requirements. • Develop test strategies and systematic procedures to ensure solutions meet design specifications and performance benchmarks. • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. • Approach problems with creativity and develop innovative solutions that challenge the status quo. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that positively impact business performance. • Validate reports, dashboards, and data solutions against business expectations. • Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and operational metrics, providing insights to stakeholders. • Demonstrate strong ownership and follow-through in achieving goals and delivering outcomes. • Ensure alignment of solutions with high-level business objectives and data strategy. • Facilitate effective communication and hand-offs between business and analytics teams. Secondary Responsibilities • Monitor emerging technology trends and evaluate new tools, services, and techniques. • Implement dynamic visualizations and interactive graphics to present analytical insights effectively. • Develop and support a robust data strategy, including architectures, policies, and procedures. • Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication, negotiation, and influence. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in data practices. What We Are Looking For Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Experience • Relevant 4+ years of experience. • Proven experience in business analysis within data and analytics functions. • Experience working with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and external vendors. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver data-driven solutions.
