Responsibilities: • Gather and analyse business and regulatory requirements to inform product development and enhancements. • Translate client needs into clear, actionable specifications for engineering and product teams. • Support the implementation of automated reporting solutions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and improve data quality across platforms. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. • Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring successful adoption and satisfaction.
