**Roles and Responsibility** - Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. - Assign appropriate codes to diagnoses and procedures using expertise in coding systems. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate coding compliance. - Develop and implement effective coding processes to improve efficiency. - Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Provide training and support to junior coders on best practices. **Job Requirements** - Strong knowledge of coding principles and practices. - Experience working with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with industry-standard coding software and tools.
