Roles and Responsibility • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. • Assign appropriate codes to diagnoses and procedures using expertise in coding systems. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate coding compliance. • Develop and implement effective coding processes to improve efficiency. • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Provide training and support to junior coders on best practices. Job Requirements • Strong knowledge of coding principles and practices. • Experience working with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with industry-standard coding software and tools.
