The Senior Consultant will lead client engagements, analyze business and technology requirements, and design solutions that drive innovation and measurable outcomes. Daily responsibilities include conducting stakeholder workshops, preparing proposals and solution blueprints, coordinating with cross-functional delivery teams, and monitoring project progress against scope, timelines, and quality standards. The role involves advising clients on best practices, preparing clear documentation and presentations, and supporting change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new solutions. The Senior Consultant is expected to mentor junior team members, contribute to internal knowledge-building, and support business development activities as needed. **Qualifications** - Demonstrated experience in technology consulting, solution design, or digital transformation for enterprise clients. - Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into technical or process solutions. - Ability to manage projects or workstreams, including planning, risk management, and coordination with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in preparing clear, structured documentation, reports, and executive-level presentations. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities with attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in diverse, multicultural teams and interact with senior stakeholders. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience with AI, data analytics, cloud, or similar modern technology stacks is an advantage. - Consulting experience in relevant industry domains (e.g., financial services, manufacturing, retail, or telecom) is beneficial. - Willingness to work on-site in Washim and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams.
