Deloitte exemplifies what, how, and why of change so you’re always ready to act ahead. **Your work profile.** As a **Senior Consultant** in our PDI: Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: **Key Responsibilities** - Design, deploy, configure, and manage MuleSoft Anypoint Platform environments across **Private Cloud Edition (PCE), Runtime Fabric (RTF), Hybrid, CloudHub, and CloudHub 2.0**. - Perform MuleSoft PCE installation, upgrades, migrations, patching, backup/restore, disaster recovery, and platform health checks. - Administer Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters, storage, networking, load balancers, ingress, SSL certificates, and DNS configurations supporting MuleSoft PCE. - Configure and manage Access Management, LDAP/SSO integration, SMTP services, RBAC, security policies, and platform governance. - Execute pre-installation validations, infrastructure readiness assessments, capacity planning, and performance tuning. - Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible). - Configure and support Anypoint Monitoring, Visualizer, logging, alerting, and observability solutions. - Troubleshoot platform, infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues across lower and production environments. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, and Integration teams to ensure highly available and secure enterprise integration platforms. **Required Skills** - 6–9 years of IT experience with strong hands-on MuleSoft Platform Administration experience. - Proven expertise in **MuleSoft Private Cloud Edition (PCE)** deployments and operations. - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, Docker, Linux Administration, NFS/Storage, Networking, Load Balancers, DNS, and SSL/TLS. - Experience with Runtime Fabric (RTF), CloudHub, and CloudHub 2.0. - Strong understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Capacity Planning, and Platform Security. - Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI). Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Anypoint Monitoring, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or Dynatrace. **Preferred Certifications** - MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect / Integration Architect. - **MuleSoft PCE Deployment Certification or strong hands-on experience in MuleSoft PCE setup, installation, upgrade, and administration.** - Kubernetes/OpenShift Certification. AWS/Azure/GCP Certification. **Primary Skill:** MuleSoft Private Cloud Edition (PCE) **Other Skills:** Runtime Fabric (RTF), Kubernetes/OpenShift, Linux, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Operations & Security. Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills. - Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact. - Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track. - Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business. - Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador. - to help attract top talent. - Takes responsibility for own work or workstream meeting engagement/project objectives and Deloitte quality standards. - Develop solution using Mule 3 and Mule 4 ESB. - Hands-on experience on Mule 3 and Mule 4 ESB, API Development and enhancements - Develop solutions by designing API specifications and RAM - Deep experience with Any point Platform, Flow Design, API Design , Dataweave(1.0/2.0), CloudHub. - Experienced with design patterns used with MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce. - Extensive experience designing and developing RESTful APIs. - Broad knowledge of web standards relating to APIs (OAuth, SSL, JWT, etc.) - Proactively identifies workstream risks and issues; resolves them or escalates to engagement/account leadership. - Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function. - Should have good communication and should be able to handle all client communications independently. - Ability to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and overall system design. - Should have managed clients and lead a multi member team on the last few projects. - Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates. - Ability to develop all project related documents like system design document, use cases etc - Handling a team and responsible for client deliverables. - Extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demo, conducting design & development workshops. **Desired qualifications** - 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment. - At least 3-4 end to end MuleSoft implementation experience in India or globally - Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes - Willingness to travel for short and long term duration
