Job requisition ID :: 108822 Date: Jul 15, 2026 Location: Chennai Designation: Senior Consultant Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP Seeking an experienced **TIBCO Integration Architect /Team Lead** with 8-10 years of experience to lead enterprise integration initiatives, manage multiple projects, drive API and integration strategy, and build strong client relationships. Good to have telecom domain project experiance. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integrations and APIs using TIBCO BusinessWorks and TIBCO Mashery. - Define integration architecture, development standards, API governance, and best practices. - Oversee performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of integration solutions. - Manage multiple integration projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within scope and budget. - Engage with clients and stakeholders to define integration roadmaps and identify transformation opportunities. - Lead proposal development, solution presentations, and technical discussions. - Mentor and manage integration teams, fostering technical excellence and professional growth. - Also along with Tibco having hands on experience/project experience with other ESB/API Gateway/Middle ware tools ( like MuleSoft, IBM , WSO2, Azure,Workato etc) **Qualifications** - 8-10 years of experience delivering enterprise integration projects. - Strong expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks (5.x/6.x), TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Mashery, Hawk, and TIBCO Administrator. - Experience with at least one additional integration platform such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or any other IPaaS. - Proficiency in REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and API development. - Strong leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Experience defining integration strategies, API governance, and enterprise integration architecture. - Familiarity with modern integration patterns, microservices, and cloud-based integration technologies is preferred. - Experience with Telecom sector is preferred
