In this position you will. **Key Responsibilities** Project Client Management Understand client business requirements and conceptualize bespoke solutions Ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of consulting and business research projects ensuring high quality standards Business Development The right candidate should have worked for 9-13 years with a reputed firm in Consulting and Business Research Penetrate existing accounts by scouting for new opportunities Work with sales team to develop sales strategy for the different regions; support in identification of target companies and prospects, develop compelling thought starters and participate in consultative selling Develop the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns People Management Manage a team of 15-20 consultants and analysts including staffing and resource allocation for strategic projects Train and mentor team members on consulting and business research projects, develop individual near term and long-term growth plans, and conduct team performance reviews and evaluations Seasoned consulting and business research professional with a strong focus on Information Technology and Communication /Telecom industry. Hands-On Approach: Exhibit a hands-on approach to ensure the practicality and high quality of day-to-day work, driving towards optimal outcomes. **Core Competencies** Can do attitude and ability to take initiative.
