Role & responsibilities Job Title Jigs & Fixtures Design / Assembly Tool Design Educational Qualifications Diploma in Tool & Die making or B.Tech. / B.E. in Mechanical Experience: Minimum 5 Years in the Assembly Fixture Design/tool design Minimum 3 Years hands on experience on Catia V5 Note: • Diploma in Tool & Die Making with Tool design experience Preferred • Familiarity with aerospace tooling standards for major OEMs (e.g., Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed Martin) preferred Desirable Requirements Create 3D models and 2D drawings for aerospace assembly fixture, drill jig etc. in Catia Good knowledge of fits & tolerances Good knowledge of GD&T Good knowledge of engineering drawing, basics of tool manufacturing, assembly and jig setting Basic knowledge of welding, tooling materials, heat treatment, special process etc.
