Digital Asset Product Governance Specialist **Experience:** 3-6 years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Digital Asset Product Governance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital assets, including cryptocurrencies and tokenization, and will be responsible for advising on the audit of our enterprise digital asset strategy, governance structures, and risk management frameworks. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital asset ecosystem and the ability to provide subject matter expertise on control frameworks and risk assessment. Key Responsibilities - Advise on the audit of the firms enterprise digital asset strategy, governance structures, and risk management frameworks. - Guide the audit team in evaluating the digital asset product lifecycle, new activity approval processes, and risk identification standards. - Provide subject matter expertise on the design and effectiveness of control frameworks for digital assets and assessment of heightened risks for Digital Assets. Mandatory Skills - **Digital Asset Ecosystem:** Deep knowledge of cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and tokenization, and their application within financial services (e.g., custody, trading, settlement). - **Institutional Markets:** Understanding of the institutional digital asset market, including key participants, market structure, and emerging trends. - **Product Lifecycle Risk:** Expertise in the end-to-end digital asset lifecycle and its associated risks, including the design and evaluation of governance and control frameworks for new product initiatives. - **Stakeholder Management:** Demonstrated ability to provide credible challenge to senior business stakeholders on strategy, risk, and controls. Preferred Skills - Experience with regulatory compliance related to digital assets. - Familiarity with emerging technologies in the financial services sector. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. - 3-6 years of relevant experience in digital asset management or governance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
