Senior Engineer Job requirements Experience Range: 2 to 4 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components development Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce • Configure and optimize Salesforce platform features such as sharing, security, data modelling, and flow automation to address business requirements • Develop and maintain Apex triggers, asynchronous Apex, SOQL queries, and Apex web services to deliver robust and scalable applications • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems using web services and APIs to automate processes and ensure seamless data flow • Enhance productivity and automate repetitive tasks within the Salesforce ecosystem by leveraging Agentforce and AI development tools • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices • Document technical solutions, configurations, and integrations comprehensively Required Skills: • Salesforce Sales Cloud • Salesforce Service Cloud • Apex programming • Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Visualforce development • SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) • Apex triggers • Asynchronous Apex • Salesforce platform sharing and security • Salesforce data modelling • Salesforce flow automation Preferred Skills: • Agentforce development expertise • Experience with AI tools for Salesforce automation • Salesforce DevOps tools for configuration and deployment • Advanced integration techniques with external systems Desired Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (preferred) Additional Information: This role requires working night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM IST for a long-term managed services project.
