🚨 We’re Hiring: Microsoft 365 Architect | Bengaluru Are you an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect ready to lead enterprise-scale modernization, migration, security, and cloud transformation initiatives? We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Architect with 7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 architecture, solution delivery, and large enterprise environments. 🔹 Location: Bengaluru 🔹 Experience: 7+ Years 🔹 Shift: EST — 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST 🔥 What You’ll Do • Own the end-to-end Microsoft 365 architecture, roadmap, and modernization strategy • Define target architecture, technology standards, and governance frameworks • Architect Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC, and Zero Trust • Lead solutions across Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange, Teams, Teams Phone, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune • Drive Defender, Microsoft Purview, DLP, Information Protection, retention, and eDiscovery strategies • Lead large-scale tenant, Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, and collaboration migrations • Provide senior-level L3/L4 architectural support and technical escalation • Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Service Management teams 🛠️ Key Skills ✅ Microsoft 365 Architecture ✅ Exchange Online & Hybrid Exchange ✅ Microsoft Teams & Teams Phone ✅ SharePoint Online & OneDrive ✅ Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management ✅ Entra ID & Active Directory ✅ Microsoft Defender & Purview ✅ DLP & Information Protection ✅ Zero Trust & Security-by-Design ✅ Microsoft Graph & PowerShell Automation ⭐ Good to Have • M365 Copilot readiness and Power Platform integration • Large-scale tenant-to-tenant migrations and coexistence • Microsoft 365 Groups lifecycle governance • Service management and operational excellence • Architecture review board/governance experience • Global cloud regulatory compliance knowledge 🎓 Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity certifications 📩 Interested or know someone who would be a great fit?
