? **Senior ServiceNow Application Developer** for risks management tools development and maintenance. Experience in building integrations with external applications is essential, and exposure to GRC/IRM within ServiceNow is a plus. **Role & Responsibilities** - Act as the primary engineer for **ServiceNow applications development**. - Design, develop, configure, and enhance applications on the **ServiceNow** platform. - Develop and maintain **integration between ServiceNow and other applications/tools**. - Support users of ServiceNow application developed in the team. - Contribute to the development of new capabilities across the current and future tooling ecosystem. - Produce and maintain clear **technical documentation**, development notes, and support materials. - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and handover sessions. - Support troubleshooting, bug fixing, and continuous improvement activities across the application landscape. - Ensure development work follows good engineering practices, maintainability standards, and documentation expectations. - Good experience in software delivery processes (development best practices, test, delivery, maintenance, documentation, ...) - Capacity to organize and lead knowledge Transfer to the team / mentoring and to organize code review with the team. - Strong collaborative team spirit and work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Good written and verbal communication skills / fluent English **Education, Qualifications, and Certifications** - Degree / Diploma holders with development and cybersecurity knowledge - Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English language ? **Skill Set** **Mandatory skill set** - Strong hands-on 3+ years of experience in **ServiceNow application development, JavaScript, MySQL**. - ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator) - Experience developing **custom applications, workflows, and platform capabilities in ServiceNow** - Strong experience building **integrations between ServiceNow and external systems/applications** - Good understanding of **ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and scripting** - Experience with **ServiceNow development best practices** - Experience with **GRC/IRM** modules is a plus - Good understanding of **software delivery processes** - Good knowledge of **secure coding practices and application security principles** - Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies. **Secondary skill set** - ServiceNow certification ?Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance? would be a plus. - Knowledge of development languages like Angular, Java, Python will be the added advantage - Good to have knowledge of cybersecurity basics - Good to have certification on IT and information security domain like ITIL, ISO 27001, GRC etc. **Experience** ? **Minimum of 4+ years related work experience in customer facing environment** ?
