HOT VACANCY AR Caller / Senior AR Caller(Credit Balance) | Omega Healthcare Job Location: Hyderabad Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory) Freshers kindly ignore. Note: (Only for Credit Balance. Freshers and Payment posters please ignore) Responsibility Areas: 1. Should have at-least 1 year of experience in AR calling in Credit Balance. 2. To work closely with the team leader. 3. Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards. 4. Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOA's to accounts, making required. corrections to claims. 5. Calling the insurance carrier & Document the actions taken in claims billing summary notes. 6. Analyze Patient accounts with credit balances and identify root cause. 7. Monitor and Resolve refund related issues in a timely and compliant manner. 8. Initiate and process refunds and adjustments to payers and payer regulations. Strict adherence to the company policies and procedures. • Sound knowledge in Healthcare concept. • Excellent Knowledge on Denial management. • Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project • Should be proficient in calling the insurance companies. • Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis • Ensure accurate and timely follow up on pending claims wherein required.
