Senior Executive - O2C/P2P

Job description

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive Finance with at least 2 years of experience in either Order-to-Cash (O2C) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The role involves managing core financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Order-to-Cash (O2C) Stream Manage customer order processing, invoicing, and collections. Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely cash application. Resolve discrepancies in billing and payments. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction. Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Stream Handle vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders. Verify invoices, match with purchase orders, and process payments. Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely disbursements. Support compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements. General Finance Support Prepare reconciliations and assist in month-end closing activities. Generate reports and dashboards for management review. Identify process gaps and recommend automation or efficiency improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in O2C or P2P processes. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools. Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards. Skills & Competencies Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
