### **About the Role** We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to build highly scalable cloud-native applications and distributed systems. The ideal candidate has strong backend engineering skills, experience designing microservices, and enjoys solving complex engineering problems while mentoring junior developers. ### **Responsibilities** - Design and build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. - Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices. - Build and maintain Kafka-based messaging solutions. - Design distributed caching strategies using Redis. - Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes. - Collaborate with product managers and architects to design technical solutions. - Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability. - Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews. - Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure automation. ### **Required Skills** - 7+ years of software development experience. - Strong Java 11/17 programming skills. - Spring Boot and Spring Cloud. - REST API design. - Kafka or RabbitMQ. - Docker & Kubernetes. - AWS or Azure. - PostgreSQL/MySQL. - Redis. - Git and CI/CD. - Strong knowledge of distributed systems. ### **Preferred Skills** - Elasticsearch. - GraphQL. - Terraform. - Prometheus & Grafana. - React/TypeScript. - Event-driven architecture. - System design experience. ### **Interview Process** HR Screening Coding Assessment System Design Interview Hiring Manager / Leadership Round HR Discussion ### **What We're Looking For** - Strong ownership mindset. - Excellent communication skills. - Experience building production-grade distributed systems. - Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical discussions. - Customer-first approach to software development.
