**Company:** Design Café ( GSE commerce Pvt Limited) **https://www.designcafe.com** **Job Location: Surat** **Address: Shop No.319,320,321 Radhe Infinity 412, Raksha Shakti Cir, Kudasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382426 Home, Surat, Gujara** t **Job Description / Responsibilities:** - Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences - Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills - Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients - Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles - Excellent portfolio of previous works - Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design. **Requirements :** - **You must have min 3 plus years of experience in residential projects** - **Modular Interior experience is must** - Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture - Experience in handling clients and handling projects independently - Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up - Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently. **Qualification:** - Academic: Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch **Technical / Professional:** - Interior Designer - Google Sketch-up - AutoCAD - Microsoft office
