Design Cafe is hiring a Sales Executive for Pune (Baner Store) Address: Shop No. 24, Amar Tech Park, 25 & 26, Balewadi - Hinjawadi Rd, near MIS International School, Patil Nagar, Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411045 Our maximum budget for the role is 5-7LPA, interested candidates can reach out to Mohammed Khaleel on 9986194712/mohammed.khaleel@designcafe.com Minimum Experience - 3 plus years in inside sales or similar If you are from Interior Design Firms,Real Estate, Ed tech,Retail, Automotive Role - Individual Contributor Roles & Responsibilities: • Build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects • Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us • Responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interiors designers • Provide world-class customer experience by extending passion and commitment for serving customers • The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with clear sales targets • Candidates should come with a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain-points, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment. • Should be effective communicators who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners and vendors, alike Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • 2 to 3 years of prior experience in B2C Sales hitting minimum monthly targets . • Strong listening and presentation skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Qualifications • A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education) • Minimum Experience - 3 plus years in inside sales or similar • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • If you are from Interior Design Firms,Real Estate, Ed tech,Retail, Automotive
