Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities** 7+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a management, team lead, or NOC supervisor role. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of L1/L2/L3 network engineers and NOC analysts. Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise network equipment, including switches, routers, and wireless infrastructure. Ensure proactive monitoring of network performance, bandwidth utilization, and hardware health to prevent service degradation. Serve as the primary point of escalation for critical (P1/P2) network incidents and major outages. Coordinate cross-functional rapid response teams (including InfoSec, project teams, and service providers) during critical infrastructure events. Manage relationships with ISPs, hardware vendors, and MSPs, ensuring adherence to external SLAs and negotiating maintenance contracts. A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and automation. Direct and build (staff, train, and maintain employee skill levels) the team that troubleshoots, repairs, and monitors customer's network and security services. Create, maintain, and enforce all processes and procedures for the team. The ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as required and Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards work. Manage internal/external audit process to ensure compliance with all the processes. Must Have Skills: Working experience with Firewalls, Switches, Router, SDWAN, VPN, VOIP, WAN, LAN. (Fortinet, Cisco, and other vendors) Experience with NOC operations, Web proxy, DC-DR architecture, IPS/IDS, Cloud Networking, NAC, WAF preferred. Certification: Web proxy, CCNP or relevant firewall certifications are highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical challenges into business impact for executive leadership. Tech Skill 1: Firewall management (Preferred: Fortinet) Tech Skill 2: Router and Switches Management (Preferred: Cisco) Tech Skill 3: Web proxy (Preferred: Zscaler) and WAF (Preferred: Akamai) **Required Skills**
