Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. • Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursement of funds. • Meet sales targets by cross-selling other banking products such as credit cards, insurance, etc. Job Requirements : • 1-5 years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in mortgage loans (HL) or loan against property (LAP). • Strong understanding of HL/LAP products and processes. • Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
