**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. - Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. - Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursement of funds. - Meet sales targets by cross-selling other banking products such as credit cards, insurance, etc. **Job Requirements :** - 1-5 years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in mortgage loans (HL) or loan against property (LAP). - Strong understanding of HL/LAP products and processes. - Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
