Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure **Years of Experience:** 8-10 Years **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and updating project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring effective tracking of progress. This role requires excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between teams and stakeholders, as well as a keen ability to identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. **Responsibilities** - Develop and update comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines using MS Project, ensuring effective tracking of project progress. - Streamline project workflows and coordinate resources, facilitating clear communication between teams and stakeholders using tools like MS Accelerator. - Identify potential risks and issues within projects, document them in MS Accelerator, and assist in mitigation planning and tracking resolutions. - Generate project reports and status updates using MS Project and MS Accelerator, maintaining accurate documentation for project activities and deliverables. - Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization by analyzing project data from MS Project and MS Accelerator to increase efficiency. **Mandatory Skills** - Proven experience in project management specifically within infrastructure projects. - Strong proficiency in MS Project for project planning and tracking. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Ability to identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues. - Experience in generating detailed project reports and maintaining accurate project documentation. **Preferred Skills** - Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. - Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization. - Knowledge of additional project management tools and software. - Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
