Senior Lead Engineer Job requirements Experience Range: With at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and related technologies, including up to 8 years in enterprise-scale implementations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards. • Develop and optimize ETL processes for data mapping, migration from legacy systems to SaaS platforms, and reconciliation and validation of financial data. • Configure and manage Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and CPQ to support complex financial service workflows. • Design robust data models and integration architectures, leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and middleware to enable seamless connectivity with external systems. • Oversee the handling and protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations. • Plan and execute cutover activities for system migrations, minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity throughout transition phases. • Review code and mentor development teams, promoting best practices and high-quality deliverables across Salesforce and integration projects. • Collaborate with stakeholders to configure contact-center solutions (such as NICE and telephony integrations), enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency. • Implement and oversee unit testing strategies to ensure robust and reliable Salesforce solutions. Required Skills: • Salesforce Financial Service Cloud expertise • Advanced Apex programming • Lightning Web Components (LWC) development • Flow configuration and automation • ETL and data mapping for financial data • Legacy-to-SaaS migration experience • REST and SOAP API integration • Middleware integration (including AI middleware) • CPQ configuration • Data model design and validation • PII handling and data privacy compliance Preferred Skills: • Experience with Aurora and Khoros platforms • Knowledge of Agentforce and Prompt Builder • Expertise in contact-center implementations (NICE, telephony configuration) • AI agent development within Salesforce environments • Familiarity with Snowflake for data warehousing • Experience with automated test frameworks for Salesforce Desired Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional Additional Information: Raising this FRF for the role of Sr. Lead Engineer.
