**Role & responsibilities** : **1. JD - Jr. / Sr. Engineer Machine Shop Maintenance** **Position Name**: Jr. / Sr. Engineer Machine Shop Maintenance **Qualification**: DME or BE (Mechanical) **Experience**: 3 - 6 Years in machine shop maintenance except foundry. Preferred automobile sector. **Job Description:** 1. Knowledge of Grinding machine types, honing machine & their cycle sequence. 2. Knowledge of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines for their functioning. 3. Knowledge of turret indexing, ATC, APC cycles. 4. Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, Planned maintenance. 5. Knowledge of hydraulics & pneumatics circuit diagrams, symbols i.e. reading of circuit diagrams, fault diagnosis & corrective actions. 6. Knowledge for how to read machine assembly symbolic drawings. 7. Monitoring %BD, MTTR, MTBF 8. Awareness about 5 S and KAIZEN. 9. Knowledge about TPM concept. 10. Knowledge of various types of tolerances as per design aspect i.e. tight fit, shrink fit, slide fit, etc. 11. Knowledge about ball screw & nut. LM guide ways and its applicability. 12. Industrial safety rules & regulations. 13. Required knowledge of hazardous waste. 14. Knowledge of machine atomization system. 15. Spare parts management. 16. SAP system 17. Awareness about ISO-TS 16949, ISO 1400, EHS Management system. **Desired** **Candidate** **Profile:** - Root cause analysis. - Able to use 7 QC Tools - Ability to multi-task and be able to prioritized work. - Ability to deliver to deadline. - Initiative - Within department & Interdepartmental co-ordination, communication. **Skills:** - Proficient in the use of computer applications and systems especially with excel, word, and PowerPoint (or its equivalent). - Fluency in both verbal and written. - Team Work. - Self confidence **2. Preferred automobile sector. **What we are looking for:** ZF Steering Gear (INDIA) Ltd is looking for an experienced **Engineer Electronics in Machine shop Maintenance** provide high quality, efficient and proactive work in our Maintenance Department. Working closely with the Maintenance Head and other team members, this is a position for someone wanting to significantly contribute to business performance of our Company. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: - Responsible for all safety compliances. - **Responsible for Machine availability and Up time.** - **Responsible for MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Breakdown %** - **Responsible for Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Periodic maintenance, Time based maintenance, Condition based maintenance.** - To co-ordinate upgradation and reconditioning of machines. - To ensure uninterrupted power supply to plant and co-ordinate with MSEDCL in case of power failure. - To ensure maintenance activity done thru SAP only. - **Responsible for spare parts management, Continual improvement, and Focused Maintenance.** - **Responsible for TS16949, ISO 14001 2015 & ISO 45001 2018 activities & implementation and audits.** - Ensure effective 5S in dept and in maintenance related areas. - To attend departmental and inter-departmental meetings. - Follow up with Purchase dept for spares procurements. Qualifications and Requirements: - **B.E. OR Diploma in Electronics / Electrical engineering.** - **Proven Hands-on maintenance Experience of 4 to 6 years in Machine Shop Maintenance.** - **Hands-on maintenance experience of HMC, VMC, CNC Turning, CNC Grinding, CNC Hobbing, Honing, SPM, GPM, PLC, RLC controlled machines for 4-6 years.** - **SAP PM & MM module with good working experience and knowledge.** - **Sound knowledge and Hands-on experience in PLC programming of Allen Bradly, Siemens, Mitsubishi.** - **Maintenance / Machine Spare parts management.** - **Willing to work in all 3 shifts and ready to work with own hands.** - **Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, EMS OHSAS, TPM, 5S, QMS and Safety.** - **Knowledge of MS office, SAP PM Module, MM module.** - **Root Cause Analysis and Continual Improvement.** - Good verbal & written communication skills - Excellent knowledge of presentation and report preparation, MS Office. Incumbent must be independent, unbiased, and able to work under pressure
