We are looking for **Maintenance AM /Senior Engineer/ Engineer - Mechanical /Electrical** for DriveSys Systems Private Limited (*Subsidiary of ZF Steering Gear India Limited*) at Ahmednagar Supa Location. You can also share your resume at **hr@zfindia.com** or **hr.supa@zfindia.com** ***Position 1 : Maintenance Sr. Engineer/Engineer - Mechanical*** Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: 1. Shift Handling / Shift Balance. Attending the day-to-day breakdowns. 2. Implementation of Preventive Maintenance. 3. Implementation of Planned Maintenance 4. Implementation of the CBM & TBM Drive 5. Closing the SAP Notifications. 6. Raising the PR for the required spares & follow-ups. 7. Responsible for Utility Maintenance. Qualifications and Requirements: - B.E. (Mechanical) - preferred / Diploma (Mechanical) - Proven Experience of 3-4 years in Mechanical Maintenance - Hands-on experience on HMC & VMC & SPM & Grinding machines. - Knowledge about hydraulics & pneumatics, Engineering drawing & Gear boxes etc. - Hands-on work experience on ATC, APC, Ball screw, LM Guideways, Machine geometry & Cam Box etc. - Knowledge of Utilities like Compressors, Generators, Forklifts etc. - TPM Methodologies, Kaizen, Poka-yoke ***Position 2: Maintenance Sr. Engineer/Engineer - Electrical/Electronics*** Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: 1. Shift Handling / Shift Balance. Attending the day-to-day breakdowns. 2. Troubleshooting of Fanuc & Mitsubishi. Control systems. 3. Create Backup / Restore backup of CNC (Archive, Sram, Ghost,m/c data, part prog, Parameter) 4. Monitoring of the electricity consumption - Daily Basis. 5. Implementation of Preventive Maintenance, Closing the SAP Notifications. 6. Raising the PR or the required spares, Liasioning activities of electrical dept. 7. Preventive measures to avoid any electrical hazards in the plant Qualifications and Requirements: - B.E. (Electronics/Electrical) - preferred / Diploma (Electronics/Electrical) - Proven Experience of 4-5 years in Electronics Maintenance - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting of Fanuc & Mitsubishi. Control systems. - Hands-on experience on HMC & VMC & SPM machines. - Knowledge about maintenance of PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) - CNC, PLC, HMI, VFD, SERVO DRIVE: - Hands-on work experience. - SPARE PART MANAGEMENT, Knowledge of SAP. - Knowledge of IATF 16949, OSHAS, EMS & TPM Methodologies, Kaizen, Poka-yoke ***Position 3: Assistant Manager - Maintenance (electrical+ Mechanical)*** Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: - Responsible for all safety compliances. - Responsible for Machine availability and Up time. - Responsible for MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Breakdown % - Responsible for Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Periodic maintenance, Time based maintenance, Condition based maintenance. - To co-ordinate upgradation and reconditioning of machines. - To ensure maintenance activity done thru SAP only. - Responsible for spare parts management, Continual improvement, and Focused Maintenance. - Responsible for TS16949, ISO 14001 2015 & ISO 45001 2018, TPM, QMS activities & implementation and audits. - Ensure effective 5S in dept and in maintenance related areas. - To attend departmental and inter-departmental meetings. - Follow up with Purchase dept for spares procurements. Qualifications and Requirements: - B.E./ B.Tech. OR Diploma in Mechanical engineering. - Proven Hands-on maintenance Experience of 10-12 years in Machine Shop Maintenance. - Hands-on maintenance experience of HMC, VMC, CNC Turning, CNC Grinding, CNC Hobbing, Honing, SPM, GPM, Conventional machines for 10-12 years. - SAP PM & MM module with good working experience and knowledge. - Sound knowledge and Hands-on maintenance experience on slides, LM guideways assembly, spindle assembly, ball screw assembly, ATC, APC, various drive mechanism, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Coolant system. - Sound knowledge of mechanical parts drawing reading and assembly drawing reading. - Maintenance / Machine Spare parts management. - Willing to work in all 3 shifts and ready to work with own hands. - Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, EMS OHSAS, TPM, 5S, QMS and Safety. - Knowledge of MS office, SAP PM Module, MM module. - Root Cause Analysis and Continual Improvement. - Good verbal & written communication skills - Excellent knowledge of presentation and report preparation, MS Office. - Incumbent must be independent, unbiased, and able to work under pressure.
