Job Requirements • Proven experience in managing large-scale healthcare projects with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. • Strong understanding of IT enabled services, including CRM systems and BPO operations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience in managing budgets, resources, and personnel, demonstrating strong financial management skills.
