Roles and Responsibilities : • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize material procurement costs, quality, and supply chain efficiency. • Manage a team of procurement professionals to achieve business objectives, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and vendors. • Negotiate prices with suppliers to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong relationships. • Identify new vendors and develop partnerships to expand the company's supplier base. Job Requirements : • 10-18 years of experience in material procurement or related field (e.g., logistics, operations). • Strong expertise in IBMs (Integrated Business Management Systems) software for procurement management. • Proven track record in price negotiation, strategic purchasing, and vendor development.
