**ADP** is hiring a **Senior Manager-Product Management at Chennai !** **Do you enjoy shaping product strategy while developing future product leaders?** **Are you energized by driving business outcomes through innovation?** **You will lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a multi-country HCM offering, while managing a team of Product Managers.** **Your days will range from coaching PMs and aligning executives, to prioritizing investments and leading product launches.** **YOUR ROLE:** Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of ADP’s HCM marketplace products, delivering solutions that create value for clients and the business. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify opportunities, validate ideas, and launch impactful products. Use customer insights, market trends, and data to prioritize features and optimize product performance. Lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery while aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
