**Project Manager** **Report To:** Associate Director **Department:** Risk Quants Services **Location** : Gurugram **?** **Job Summary** Evalueserve is seeking a senior Project Manager responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology engagements for BFSI clients, with a primary focus on structured project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence. The role requires strong project management expertise supported by relevant technical understanding, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and clients. Exposure to Risk Quants or associated financial services domains is a valued addition. Acts as the primary interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes within an Agile setup. **Key Responsibilities** ????????? Lead end-to-end project delivery for technology engagements, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, scope, and quality standards. ????????? Own project vision and roadmap alignment for client engagements, ensuring delivered solutions aligned with business objectives and long-term client outcomes. ????????? Drive requirement gathering workshops as the primary client interface ? managing communication, translating business needs into delivery requirements, and ensuring shared understanding across teams. ????????? Drive robust project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery governance across cross-functional teams, maintaining structured reporting and escalation frameworks. ????????? Coordinating with technical leads to review solution design and implementation, ensuring alignment with delivery commitments, scalability, and quality benchmarks. ????????? Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular status updates, and proactively address delivery risks/issues. ????????? Ensure effective backlog prioritization and execution discipline in Agile setup. ????????? Facilitate key Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth execution (secondary responsibility) ????????? Monitor delivery KPIs and project health metrics, continuously refining processes, features, and roadmap priorities in collaboration with stakeholders. ????????? Drive change management and stakeholder alignment during solution rollouts, enhancements, and transitions **?** **Required Qualifications** ????????? 12+ Years of experience in Technology and project management. ????????? Proven expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), including project planning, risk management, delivery governance, and stakeholder communication. ????????? Strong experience in requirement management, BRD/PRD creation, user journey mapping, and translating business needs into structured delivery plans. ????????? Working knowledge of .NET, C#, .NET Core, and Web API development sufficient to engage effectively with engineering teams and evaluate technical trade-offs. ????????? Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript) to facilitate informed discussions with development teams. ????????? Awareness of software development best practices, SDLC, and quality assurance principles to effectively oversee delivery teams. ????????? Conceptual understanding of scalable web application architecture and microservices to support informed decision-making during delivery. ? **Preferred Qualifications** ????????? Familiarity with enterprise integrations, Office Automation, and API-driven systems. ????????? Scrum Certified. ????????? Exposure to Risk Quants, credit risk, regulatory reporting, or related financial services domains is a significant advantage (good-to-have). ????????? Strong hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure Devops ????????? Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a focus on delivery outcomes. ????????? Strong communication skills with the ability to drive executive-level discussions and decision making.
