Lenskart is looking for a Senior Manager Retail Strategy to own the end-to-end manpower planning and rostering charter for our 2,700+ store network Pan-India. This role sits at the intersection of retail operations, workforce analytics, and hiring strategy, and will directly influence footfall conversion and store-level productivity. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Own the charter for footfall prediction and demand-based smart rostering across 2,700+ stores nationally Ensure rostering compliance and adherence at the store level, building governance mechanisms to track and course-correct deviations Lead and manage the SWAT manpower pool of ~400 Sales Associates (SAs) and Optometrists (Optoms), deploying them dynamically based on store-level demand signals Design and drive the overall hiring strategy across all stores in coordination with TA and regional HRBP teams Build predictive models/dashboards (footfall, staffing needs, attrition-linked gaps) to inform proactive workforce planning Partner with Retail Operations, Store Ops leadership, and Central Ops stakeholders to align staffing strategy with business goals Own governance reviews/reporting cadences with senior leadership on rostering health, SWAT utilization, and hiring pipeline **REQUIREMENTS** 812+ years of experience in retail operations strategy, workforce planning, or HR business analytics, preferably in large-format multi-city retail Strong exposure to workforce/rostering tools, demand forecasting, and large-scale people operations Proven experience managing pan-India scale and cross-functional stakeholder alignment Strong analytical and program management skills; comfort with data-led decision-making Prior experience managing large distributed/flexible manpower pools is a plus
