However, our team’s core mission isn't just managing back-end storage—it’s **democratizing and weaponizing data for business growth** . As a Senior Product Manager within this group, you will spearhead the strategy, design, and execution of our **Common User Profile Store** and **In-house Clickstream Analytics platform** . Your core mission is to transform fragmented data into a powerful business weapon—enabling downstream marketing engines, data science models, and product teams to deliver highly accurate cross-selling, upselling, and personalized experiences that drive massive revenue growth across the company's consumer platforms. You will sit at the intersection of complex data architecture and core business growth, turning technical capabilities into automated engines that maximize customer lifetime value (LTV). **Key Projects You Will Own** ● **Common User Profile Store:** Establish and scale the centralized repository for all customer data. You will turn fragmented touchpoints into a unified identity graph, ensuring data consistency across all applications to drive critical business engines like automated cross-selling and upselling. ● **In-house Clickstream Analytics Product:** Own a world-class, advanced clickstream platform that empowers product and business teams to gain valuable, real-time insights from live user behavior data. ● **Simplified Big Data Democratization:** Break down complex tech silos so that everyone—from senior leadership to operational product teams—can consume data seamlessly and turn it into consumer-facing value. ● **Best-in-class Analytical Reporting:** Elevate our reporting capabilities, providing actionable insights and customizable dashboards that set new industry standards for data-driven decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** ● **Product Strategy & Growth Alignment:** Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmap for the Common User Profile Store. Align platform capabilities directly with business KPIs like Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), average order value, and cross-sell conversion rates. ● **User-Centric Data Design:** Bridge the gap between engineering and the business. Translate raw, massive-scale data streams (ingestion and real-time streaming) into easy-to-use, actionable profiles and segments for internal consumer product business units. ● **Identity Resolution & Personalization Enablement:** Partner with Engineering and Data Science to build models that stitch anonymous and authenticated user behavior across web and mobile. Ensure this data is real-time ready to trigger live personalization and upselling funnels. ● **Platform Evangelism & Adoption:** Act as the primary champion for consumer data products. Collaborate with cross-functional product managers, marketers, and data analysts to drive the adoption of the profile store and clickstream tools into their daily workflows. ● **Governance & Privacy:** Ensure the user profile store balances high accessibility with ironclad data governance, user privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and security standards. **Qualifications & Requirements** **Experience:** 10+ years of total professional experience, with 6+ years strictly in Product Management managing data platforms, growth platforms, or user-profile/CDP systems. **Mindset:** Passionate about building large-scale consumer-facing data products. You don't just care about data pipelines; you care about what the data allows the business to achieve. **Technical Acumen:** Strong technical background with a solid understanding of cloud and big-data systems (real-time streaming, data warehousing, API design). **Execution & Leadership:** Sound product management principles. Proven ability to drive the product development lifecycle independently and lead cross-functional execution through engineering stakeholders. **Stakeholder Management:** Strong program management and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with, evangelize to, and manage multiple stakeholders at various executive and technical levels. **Education:** BS/BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or a related technical field is required. An MBA from a Tier 1 business school is desirable and good to have. *Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):* Experience building or scaling custom in-house CDPs, implementing enterprise tools (e.g., Segment, Tealium), or operating in complex multi-product environments where cross-silo user activation is a core challenge.
