Job Description: Senior Sales Officer Used Car Loans **Role Overview** Bajaj Finance Limited is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced **Senior Sales Officer (SSO)** to drive business growth in our **Used Car Finance / Refinance** segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing loans, managing dealer networks, and expanding the customer base across the assigned territories. **Key Responsibilities** - **Business Development:** Source used car loan and refinance applications directly from open market customers, DSA (Direct Selling Agents), and used car dealers. - **Dealer Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with local used car brokers, dealers, and platforms to ensure a steady pipeline of leads. - **Sales & Targets:** Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly disbursement targets while maintaining profitability. - **Customer Relationship Management:** Guide customers through the entire loan lifecycle, from initial inquiry and documentation to final login and disbursement. - **Credit & Risk Assessment:** Perform primary screening of customer profiles, check documents for authenticity, and ensure compliance with company underwriting policies. - **Portfolio Management:** Coordinate with the collections and operations teams to ensure low delinquency rates and maintain a healthy portfolio. **Job Details** - **Company:** Bajaj Finance Limited - **Designation:** Senior Sales Officer (SSO) - **Department:** Used Car Loans / Vehicle Finance - **Function:** Sales & Business Development - **Job Locations:** \\* Machilipatnam (Andhra Pradesh) - Eluru (Andhra Pradesh) - Narasaraopet (Andhra Pradesh) **Eligibility Criteria & Requirements** - **Education:** Graduate in any discipline (Any Bachelor's Degree). - **Experience:** 1.5 to 4 years of proven sales experience in **Used Car Loans**, Auto Loans, or related Asset Finance (NBFC/Banking sector preferred). - **Local Market Knowledge:** Deep geographical understanding of the assigned location (Machilipatnam, Eluru, or Narasaraopet) and established local dealer networks. - **Skills:** Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be highly self-motivated and target-driven. - **Conveyance:** Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for extensive local travel.
