About The Role Job Title: Senior Salesforce L3 Support Experience : 12-14 years Required Skills • Administering new Configuration by creating Objects, customer fields, workflows, reports and Dashboard. • Develop / Enhance new functionalities by writing Apex triggers , Apex controllers, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex and visual force pages. • Create customer labels and list views Prepare Test scripts Develop complex validation rules Code Deployment in lower environments. • User story creations, understanding of Agile methodologies for development Skill set: Apex, Visualforce, Sales Cloud, SQL, Workflow Rules, validation rules, Approval rules, Change sets, reports, Dashboards, sharing rules. • Salesforce Admin Certification ITIL certification Minimum Qualifications Salesforce Sales and Service cloud, APEX, SQL.
