Role & responsibilities Must-Have 1. SCCM (Configuration Manager) Administration & Endpoint Management, Upgrades and troubleshooting 2. SCOM Monitoring, Alert Management & Troubleshooting , upgrades 3. Microsoft Intune Device & Application Management 4. Windows 10/11 Administration & Patch Management 5. Software Deployment, OS Deployment & Inventory Management 6. Incident, Change & Service Request Management Good-to-Have 1. Azure AD (Entra ID), MFA & Conditional Access 2. Microsoft Defender for Endpoint 3. PowerShell Scripting & Automation 4. Co-Management (SCCM + Intune) 5. Autopilot Deployment & Device Provisioning 6. Basic Knowledge of O365 Administration Preferred candidate profile
