By enabling faster delivery, reducing operational risk, and enforcing best practices, IaCM helps organizations operate confidently across complex infrastructure environments. We're thrilled to invite passionate Full-stack engineers to join our dynamic product team. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex UI problems, building reusable frontend architecture, and owning features end-to-end. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver infrastructure management workflows used by engineering teams at scale. **This is a full stack role.** Your core work will be in React, TypeScript, and frontend architecture, complemented by backend development in Go/Java and databases. **What you’ll do** - Build and maintain scalable web applications using **React and TypeScript**. - Design and implement reusable UI components and frontend architecture patterns. - Develop rich user experiences involving **dashboards, data-heavy tables, filtering/sorting, workflows, and complex forms**. - Optimise frontend performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers. - Build and enhance backend services using **Go and/or Java**. - Design and integrate **REST APIs** and work with **MongoDB and PostgreSQL**. - Own features end-to-end, from design discussions to production rollout. - Participate in architecture and design reviews and contribute to technical decision-making. - Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to shape user-facing functionality. - Debug issues across the full stack and drive them to resolution. **What we’re looking for** - **3–5 years of experience** building modern web applications. - Strong proficiency in **React and TypeScript**. - Solid understanding of **frontend fundamentals**: state management, hooks, component design, routing, performance optimization, and testing. - Experience building **data-intensive UIs** (tables, dashboards, forms, and workflows). - Good understanding of backend development using **Go and/or Java**. - Experience designing and consuming **REST APIs**. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently drive features. - Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team. - Familiarity with infrastructure or DevOps tooling is a plus. - Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as **Cursor, Copilot, or Claude**. ### **Work Location** Bangalore - Hybrid ### **What You Will Have At Harness** - Experience building a transformative product - End-to-end ownership of your projects - Competitive salary - Comprehensive healthcare benefit - Flexible work schedule - Quarterly Harness TGIF-Off / 4 days -
