Concentrix is hiring a Senior Rust Developer Work Type : Remote (Anywhere in India) Shift : General About the role • We’re looking for an experience d Senior Rust Develop er to help build a high-performance endpoint applicati on in Rust • This role is ideal for engineers with deep expertise i n systems programmi ng , networki ng , concurren cy, an d performance optimization What we’re looking for • 6+ ye ars in software development • 4+ ye ars of hands- on R ust • Experience building f or Windows desktop / Mac applicati ons • Strong knowledge of async runtimes, memory management, and low-latency syst ems • Exposure to cloud platfo rms li ke AWS, GCP, or Azure Good to have: • C/ C++ • MERN st ack Roles & Responsibilit ies • Design and implement core components of the endpoint application, with a focus on performance, concurrency, and efficient systems-level programming • Optimize low-level networking, memory management, and async processing to maximize throughput and minimize latency. • Build features such as real-time audio streaming, third-party SDK integrations, and live reconfiguration • Write clean, maintainable code and uphold strong engineering standards through code reviews and mentorship. • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, memory issues, and concurrency bugs in production-grade systems. • Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure software. • Stay current with the Rust ecosystem and systems programming trends, and bring that back to the team.
