## **About the Role** We are looking for an experienced Demand Planning Manager to lead end-to-end customer order management and demand planning activities. The role ensures product availability, accurate order processing, and on-time fulfillment while driving supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **Order Management & Fulfillment** - Receive, review, and process customer orders (EDI, portal uploads, or manual entry) - Maintain accurate order data in ERP/MRP systems - Track OE and spare deliveries to ensure 100% delivery assurance - Communicate confirmed delivery dates and manage expedites or changes proactively ### **Demand Planning & Production Coordination** - Lead production planning for modules, cushions, and laser components - Collaborate with production planners and material planners to ensure raw material availability - Balance production efficiency with customer requirements to minimize excess inventory and obsolescence - Ensure schedule adherence and aligned production execution ### **Customer & Performance Management** - Monitor customer KPIs such as OTIF and delivery performance - Drive corrective actions to improve service levels and eliminate line stoppages - Ensure 100% on-time delivery for spares and serial parts - Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive communication and execution ### **Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination** - Coordinate outbound shipments with logistics and warehouse teams - Support returnable packaging flows and transportation optimization - Ensure no consignment remains in GIT beyond 7 days ### **Continuous Improvement & Analytics** - Maintain MIS reports for cross-functional visibility - Participate in root cause analysis for delivery or planning issues - Implement preventive measures and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency - Support initiatives to improve inventory turns and days of supply ## **Key Deliverables** - 100% on-time delivery for spares and serial parts - Zero obsolescence - High customer satisfaction - No consignment in GIT beyond 7 days - Improved inventory turns and days of supply - Strong schedule adherence - Effective PPC leadership ## **What We’re Looking For** ### **Education** - Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) ### **Experience** - 10–11 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or production planning ### **Functional Skills** - Strong knowledge of supply chain management and capacity planning - Experience in SIOP, supplier scheduling, and material resource planning - Strong customer relationship and communication skills - Proven team management experience ### **Behavioral Competencies** - Drive customer focus - Global perspective - Cultivate innovation - Sound decision-making - Execution excellence - Accountability and collaboration - Ability to engage, inspire, and develop people - Build trust and influence stakeholders ### **Personal Attributes** - Curious and innovative thinker - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset ### **Languages** - English (required) - Hindi and Marathi (preferred) ## **Why Join Us** - Opportunity to lead critical supply chain operations - Work in a global automotive environment with high impact on customer delivery - Exposure to end-to-end planning, logistics, and operational excellence - Continuous learning and growth in a performance-driven culture - **We will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.** In our international work setting, you will find a range of opportunities that are designed to enhance your career and personal development.
