**Director / Sr Manager (Learning Transformation & Capability)** **Tredence Academy of Learning and Leadership (TALL) - Technical** **Location: Bangalore** Lead Tredence's enterprise learning strategy to build a **demand-driven, KPI-led capability engine** that improves **bench-to-billability, AI readiness, and domain depth** across the organization. **Scope & Responsibilities** **1. Learning Strategy & Capability Roadmap** Define and execute enterprise learning strategy aligned to demand and business growth. Drive integrated capability pillars: - Certifications (Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, etc.)/ Bench Billability programs/ AI Enablement / Domain Academies (Retail, CPG, BFSI, HLS) **2. Bench Billability Engine** Establish structured reskilling model: **training assessment readiness deployment**. Partner with RMG for demand alignment and deployment tracking Build readiness frameworks and interview preparation modules **3. Capability Academies** Scale **Practice Academies** (Data Eng, AI/GenAI, Digital Eng). Build **Domain Academies** with SME-led model. Integrate hands-on learning, case studies, and project context **4. AI Enablement** Drive enterprise rollout of **AI programs**. Embed AI-first ways of working across roles. Ensure org-wide coverage and certification tracking **5. Assessment & KPI-led Learning** Define standardized assessment framework (knowledge, scenario, hands-on, interview readiness). Drive KPI-based measurement across programs **6. Systems, Dashboards & Data** Build **SSOT for learning data** (LMS + dashboards). Track training, certifications, readiness, and deployment outcomes. Enable data-driven decision making **7. Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management** Partner with: RMG / Staffing, Practice & Vertical leaders, Delivery Excellence**.** Manage external ecosystem: Training partners, Certification bodies, Assessment platforms, Drive SME engagement model **Profile Requirements** **Must Have** - 14-15+ years in L&D / capability / transformation / technology leadership roles - Strong program leadership + stakeholder management - Experience in tech/services/analytics environment - Experience with LMS, dashboards, measurement frameworks Technology/ Tech Program manager/Software delivery Profiles with strong L&D Domain **Good to Have** Exposure to AI / data / digital capabilities **Core Capabilities** Strategy + execution at scale, KPI-driven mindset, Stakeholder influence, Structured program design, Data-driven decision making **Manager - Technology & AI Enablement & Learning** **Tredence Academy of Learning and Leadership (TALL) - Technical** **Location: Hyderabad** Drive execution of enterprise learning programs with focus on **AI enablement, hands-on learning, and scalable delivery**, ensuring strong **adoption, measurement, and systems integration**. **Scope & Responsibilities** **1. AI Enablement** Own execution of **AI programs,** Curate and manage **video-first learning journeys,** Drive org-wide rollout (waves, tracking, nudges)**,** Ensure high completion and certification rates **2. Bench-to-Billability Support** Support rollout of demand-aligned reskilling tracks**,** Manage cohort execution, assessments, and readiness tracking**,** Enable benchmark readiness indicators **3. Hands-on Learning Design** Create **practical tasks** (AI usage, analysis, coding assistance, business scenarios)**,** Design scalable hands-on assessments**,** Collaborate with SMEs for real-world relevance **4. Learning Systems & LMS** - Own **TalentLMS setup and operations**: Course creation, enrollment, certification, Tracking and reporting, Ensure integration with SSOT and dashboards **5. Measurement & Reporting** - Track: Business outcomes, Completion & coverage %, Certification rates, Assessment performance - Generate weekly/monthly dashboards **6. Stakeholder Coordination** Work with: Practice leaders (DE / AI / Digital), Vertical SMEs, Delivery Excellence **7. AI Tools & Workflow Enablement** Track emerging tools (Copilot, Gemini, Claude, etc.)**,** Build simple internal **AI usage playbooks,** Enable adoption of AI in daily workflows **Profile Requirements** **Must Have** - 8-12 years in program / engineering / enablement roles - Strong tech orientation (dev workflows / AI tools familiarity) - Experience driving large-scale rollouts **Good to Have** LMS & Assessment platform experience, Exposure to AI tools / GenAI, Experience in technical training or onboarding **Core Capabilities** Execution excellence, Tech fluency + learning mindset, Structured thinking, Data tracking & reporting, Stakeholder coordination **Required Skills**
