No unsolicited agency referrals please.Job Description – Senior Quality Engineer (Payments | North American Banking | 7+ Years) - 7+ years of experience in QA with strong focus on North American banking & payments systems - Expertise in payment platforms: ACH, Wire Transfers, Fedwire, SWIFT, Cards (Visa/Mastercard), RTP/Zelle - Perform end to end testing of payment flows including authorization, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation - Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing - Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, REST Assured, Cypress, or Playwright - Hands on experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger) and microservices architecture - Validate payment message formats such as ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 - Perform database validation (SQL) and backend transaction verification - Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) - Conduct performance testing using JMeter/LoadRunner for high volume transaction systems Your future duties and responsibilities Must to have: - Ensure compliance with North American regulations (PCI DSS, NACHA, AML/KYC standards) - Identify, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, including root cause analysis - Collaborate with business, development, and product teams in Agile environments - Drive quality metrics including defect leakage, automation coverage, and release readiness **Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role** Good to have: - Ensure compliance with North American regulations (PCI DSS, NACHA, AML/KYC standards) - Identify, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, including root cause analysis - Collaborate with business, development, and product teams in Agile environments - Drive quality metrics including defect leakage, automation coverage, and release readiness **Together, as owners, let’s turn meaningful insights into action.** Life at CGI is rooted in ownership, teamwork, respect and belonging.
