JD 1. Eligibility Criteria: • 3 - 7 years of experience in AR process • Minimum 2 years of experience in training, teaching, and coaching (Prefer dental coaching experience). • Strong knowledge of dental procedures and best practices. • Should have worked in end-to-end AR team. • Should have Strong knowledge in US Healthcare Industry • Strong interpersonal and good communication skills • Must be passionate to learn new processes. • Willing to work night shifts. • Should work from office. • Strong Organizational and time management skills. • Training content development and instructional skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). 2. Roles and responsibilities • Create and share the training plan with stakeholders. • Deliver client specific training modules to new hires. • Meet Training TAT for CS training Program. • Manage OJT and QCP phase for the CPs completing CS training. • Maintain the training records Training details, Trainees Attendance & Feedback score for all training conducted. • Collect feedback from trainees on the quality of training. • Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback. • Monitor new joiners performance for the first 60 days and clarify process related queries. • Prepare the training plans, training content and assessments for refresher training. • Recommend changes in the training plan & training method. • Manage. knol updates and scheduling assessments • Update SOP and PWI only weekly basis. • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions. • Design effective training content • Prepare educational material such as module summaries. • Support and mentor new employees • Keep attendance and other records! • Manage training Datasets. • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement. • Monitor employee performance and response to training Job location- Chennai (Ambattur) Note - Work from office and US shift (6.30pm- 3.30am) Interested candidates can share your update resume to ranjani.v@accesshealthcare.com and whatsapp - 8680888950.
