This is a remote position. **SEO Trainer** Part-time, Remote **The short version** What this role is about: Designing SEO curriculum, frameworks, training, and consulting on live projects to ensure our student marketers are industry-ready from Day 1. **Who were looking for:** Someone with strong hands-on SEO capability is non-negotiable. We are less concerned about years of experience and more focused on depth of thinking, judgment, and ownership. **Why you should apply: You will:** - Influence how SEO is taught and practiced across hundreds of real marketers - Work closely with experienced SEO and performance marketing leaders - Build perspective that goes beyond optimizing SEO for a single brand **The detailed version of the role** Your responsibility is to ensure that what we teach and deploy reflects current industry realities, while also contributing directly to growth through execution. - Training: You will also be taking regular sessions for small and large groups on a variety of SEO topics - Developing Academic Content: Combining insights from your experience and conversations with SEO and performance marketing leaders to create simplified frameworks for professionals and students. Youll experiment with new tools and approaches - from keyword clustering and AI content generation to GA4 and Search Console analytics - to keep our training programs current. - Upgrading Training design: Using instruction design principles and tech to upgrade students projects, engagements, and assessments, as well as create successful playbooks. - Analysing outcome metrics: Leverage data on how our students are performing during placements and in the early part of their job to figure out and plug training/ admission gaps. **Must-Haves:** - 3-8 years of experience in technical SEO optimization with proven successes (We are not too fussed about the number of years. Experience is simply a proxy for capability, which is what we really care for). - A hands-on experience of optimising your content for AI Overviews (Googles SGE) and LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization) - Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics 4, ChatGPT, SEMRush, WP-Rocket, AHREF, Yoast, Screaming Frog, and Search Console. - A structured, data-driven, user-centric approach to problem-solving - Ability to see the big picture as well as the easy-to-miss details **Good-To-Haves:** - Experience teaching or mentoring teams in SEO.
