Job Title ServiceNow Developer - HRSD Job Description We are looking for professionals with strong experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center, HR Case Management, workflow automation, and integrations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and HR transformation objectives. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop and support ServiceNow HRSD solutions. • Configure and customize HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events and HR Services. • Develop and maintain Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Flow Designer workflows and automations. • Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub and MID Server. • Configure and enhance Incident, Change, Request and Knowledge Management processes where required. • Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes and ACLs. • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Support testing, deployments, troubleshooting and production support activities. • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
