Production Planning & Control – Plan shift activities and achieve daily production targets. • Manpower Management – Allocate operators/workers effectively and manage shift attendance. • Machine & Process Knowledge – Understand production machines, processes, and operating parameters. • Quality Control – Ensure products meet quality standards and reduce rejection/rework. • Safety Management – Follow safety procedures and ensure workers use proper PPE. • Problem Solving – Quickly identify and resolve production, machine, and process problems. • Team Leadership – Motivate, guide, and coordinate operators and technicians. • Communication Skills – Clearly communicate instructions and shift requirements. • 5S & Housekeeping – Maintain workplace organisation, cleanliness, and discipline. • Downtime Management – Monitor machine breakdowns and minimise production losses. • Production Reporting – Maintain shift production, rejection, downtime, and manpower reports. • Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for productivity improvement and cost reduction. • Time Management – Prioritise activities to meet production schedules. • Basic Computer Skills – Excel, ERP, production reporting, and data entry. • KRA Monitoring – Track OEE, productivity, rejection, downtime, and target achievement.
