End to end recruitment for assigned positions - both permanent and contract primarily Using internal database, employee referrals, paid portals and other resources available internally. Candidate engagement. Coordinating with Vendors as and when required. Maintaining trackers and database as per the process. Working on TA related projects assigned. Supporting HR Operations team as per business needs.
